A big-company edge, without an IT department.

Process automation and AI for your company.

Large companies have developers who take repetitive work off people. nullhands does that for smaller ones: we connect the tools you already have and build what is missing, AI included. In weeks, not years, at a price known before the start.

The work nobody put in a job description.

Every company runs a second, invisible operation underneath the real one. You will recognise it.

  • The same data typed into three systems, because none of them talks to the others.
  • A customer inquiry waits for a reply until tomorrow, while a competitor answered the same afternoon.
  • A good part of the week goes into chasing who has not paid yet.
  • The Monday report assembled by hand from four sources. Every Monday.
  • A quote waits until the one person who can price it finds a moment.
  • A process that quietly falls over when somebody takes leave.

a year is what administration alone costs a small company

is what handling e-mail alone can take a business owner

60%

of Polish companies struggle with overdue payments

Krajowy Rejestr Długów, 2024

Nobody designed it. It grew on its own, and every week it eats staff hours, the most expensive thing a company owns. A system that takes the work over is paid for once and pays for itself in months, not years. That is exactly why big companies keep whole departments for this.

02

What we can automate.

Ten areas where automation pays for itself fastest. Examples, not a price list.

E-mail, FormDraft reply

Fast replies to inquiries

A lead cools with every hour, and the reply often goes out the next day.

We build a system that classifies emails and forms, qualifies the inquiry, drafts an answer and proposes a call slot. A person only clicks Send, and the effect is simple to measure: first response time before and after.

InquiryOffer

Quotes and offers

Pricing knowledge sits in one person's head and every offer waits for their spare moment.

We build a quote configurator, or an assistant that composes the offer from your past quotes and price lists, for a salesperson to approve. The offer goes out the same day, and the pricing know-how stays with the company.

Invoice PDFSystem record, Confirmation

Invoices, orders and documents

Documents arrive by email and PDF, and somebody retypes them into the system by hand.

We build a flow where the system reads the document, extracts the data and creates the record, and a person approves. KSeF makes every Polish company touch its invoicing from 2026 anyway, so order gets restored while meeting an obligation.

ShopWarehouse and accounts

System integrations

The shop, the warehouse, the accounts and the spreadsheets, with a person retyping data in between.

We wire Allegro, BaseLinker, your ERP and invoicing into one flow with what you already have. Data entered once shows up everywhere, and nobody chases mismatches between systems.

Due datePaid

Payment follow-ups

A good part of the week goes into checking who has paid and sending reminders.

We build a system that watches the deadlines itself: reminders in your company's tone, escalation, an overdue report on one screen. You call only where a call is really needed.

Procedures, Price lists, DocumentsAnswer with its source

An AI assistant on company knowledge

Procedures, price lists and documents sit in PDFs, and the questions still land on the same two people.

We build an assistant that answers your team or your clients from your knowledge base, pointing at the source of every answer. In our deployment, this is how lessons are built from the school's library of materials.

Registers, TendersA short list

Leads and tenders

New clients are sitting in public registers, only nobody reads them.

We build monitoring of newly registered companies matched to your customer profile, research before the first contact, and a tender scanner with a short report on whether a bid is worth it. You find out first, not last.

IdeaApproval from your phone, Published

Marketing content with approval

Marketing happens when there is a spare moment, which means rarely.

We build a pipeline where AI drafts posts and copy in your company's tone, you approve with one tap on your phone, and the system publishes on schedule. Consistency without another hire.

Sign-upPayment and invoice, Certificate

Sign-ups, bookings and trainings

Sign-ups live in emails, payments need chasing, reminders go out by hand.

We build a chain where the form, the payment, the invoice, the reminders, the waiting list and the certificate click together on their own. Fewer no-shows, no commission per booking, and the client list stays yours.

VisitorInquiry in your inbox

Websites with offers and quote calculators

A brochure site that just hangs there earns nothing.

We build pages shaped around your offer: a quote calculator, a form that actually works and hands the inquiry straight to you, speed and SEO as standard. The website becomes the first step of your automation, not a separate thing.

Every company has its own version of this list. If your problem is not on it, let's simply talk it through. We also advise more broadly in IT: not knowing what to look for is a fine question to bring to a call.

03

How working together goes.

Three steps. You can stop after any of them and keep everything you paid for.

Step 1

Discovery

A short paid engagement. We map the process together with your team. You get a written plan: what gets built, what it costs, and how to tell it is done. The plan is yours, take it to any developer you like.

Step 2

The build

One fixed price for a defined outcome, agreed before the start. No hourly rate. You see the working system every few days, so corrections land while they are still cheap.

Step 3

The care plan

An optional monthly plan after launch: updates, security, backups and a guaranteed response time. One flat number, cancel any time.

Four things in writing

  • The full price is known before the first line of code.
  • Everything agreed gets fixed free of charge. New ideas get a separate quote. An invoice never surprises you.
  • The code, the repository and the data belong to the client from day one. If we part ways, you get a proper handover.
  • If an off-the-shelf tool solves your problem for less, you will hear it straight.
04

Let's talk about what eats most of your time.

Write or call. One conversation, thirty minutes. We will find where automation pays back fastest in your company and where to start. If nullhands is not the right fit, you will hear it on that same call.
